In connection with art. 13 GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as: GDPR), we inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of the GDPR in order to participate in the manager survey and/or manager coaching. These data will be processed for the duration of the survey and for the duration of any coaching.
Your personal data, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR, will be processed for the purpose of receiving a newsletter, if you express your separate consent to this. Such data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to sending the newsletter.
Your personal data, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR, will be processed for marketing and commercial purposes, if you express your separate consent to this. Such data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to such activities.
In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
If you find that the processing of your personal data by the Administrator violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Providing personal data is voluntary. Refusal to provide personal data makes it impossible to use the survey and/or coaching for managers.
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
Your personal data may be made available only to authorized recipients or categories of recipients of personal data in justified cases on the basis of relevant legal provisions or an agreement concluded by the Administrator, including entities providing legal assistance services, entities operating the Administrator's IT systems and the Administrator's websites.
Your personal data will not, as a rule, be transferred outside the European Economic Area. However, in the case of using social media in which the Administrator has a profile (Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn), the data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area. For the purpose of transferring data outside the EEA, the providers of these platforms declare that they apply the EU-US data protection framework and rely on the decision of the European Commission stating an adequate level of data protection from the EU to the United States (Data Privacy Framework) or the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
